Personal Training Specialties
You want a trainer who has the experience and knowledge that aligns with your goals. Greg has interests and extensive experience in sports strength and conditioning, especially Baseball performance, post physical therapy return-to-sport training after major injuries and surgeries, and longevity and lifestyle maintenance with aging.
Return to Sport
Most often an athlete is discharged from physical therapy before they are ready to return to their sport. This style of training requires a trainer with the knowledge to assess performance and ensure a safe return to previous level of sport participation.
Longevity
Training as you age takes on a different feel. Aging is inevitable, but feeling old isn't. Personal training focuses on maintaining mobility, building muscle, and limiting pain. Navigate your personal health challenges while improving how you move and feel in your daily life
Sports Performance
Training for performance should look like what you do on your field of play. Training for baseball and softball require rotational power and lateral strength as much as sprinting and jumping performance. Your trainer will cater your program to the needs of your sport.
Hybrid Personal Training
Just as the name implies, hybrid personal training is a multifaceted approach that combines both in-person training and online training. With this style of training, you'll still work with your client in person but the frequency of those face-to-face sessions is dependent on how you wish to create your packages
Group Speed and Agility Training
Designed for athletes of all levels, this program focuses on enhancing quickness, coordination, and explosive power. Train in a motivating group environment where you’ll develop the skills to move faster, react quicker, and achieve your peak potential.
For 2 participants: $65 per person
For 3 participants: $50 per person
For 4 participants: $40 per person
Performance Training for Baseball
We understand that baseball is a unique sport that requires specialized training to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. Our baseball strength and conditioning program is designed to meet the specific needs of baseball athletes, focusing on improving strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Training for baseball is distinct from training for other sports like football or basketball. While football players may prioritize explosive power and contact resilience, baseball athletes require a blend of strength, rotational power, and precise coordination. Baseball involves repeated overhead motions, quick bursts of speed, and the need for exceptional hand-eye coordination.
Health & Longevity
At Moore Performance Health Physical Therapy, we believe that the most impactful way to improve health span and lifespan is by increasing workout frequency and building muscle mass. Regular exercise enhances cardiovascular health, boosts metabolism, and improves mental well-being, while increased muscle mass supports metabolic and bone health, enhances physical functionality, and prevents injuries. Complementing these with a balanced diet, quality sleep, stress management, and proper hydration further promotes longevity and overall wellness. Our expert team is dedicated to guiding you in adopting these healthy habits for a longer, healthier life.
